National Library of Catalonia
Received news that some of my prints will be held in the collection of the national library of Catalonia, Biblioteca de Catalunya, as a consequence of having been a winner at the Mini Print International of Cadaques in 1999. The library will house a collection of all the winning prints from this annual exhibition and plans to exhibit selected works no later than 2018.
Spring Forward
Work at New South Glasgow Hospitals complex. On 8 April the new NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s (NHSGGC) New South Glasgow Hospitals (NSGH) are having a launch reception and tour of some of the commissioned works developed for the site as part of its fully integrated art strategy. I’m pleased that my piece Aere Perennius has been chosen for a temporary exhibition of selected works from the 100 Flowers Collection to be held in the atrium of the hospital from 8 April until August this year. Open Studio Early May
My studio will be one of many to open at St Margaret's House on the first weekend in May. If you'd like to come and have a look 'behind the scenes' you are very welcome to drop by for a browse and/or a chat. I will have a range of work on display some of which will be for sale. There are lots of activities taking place in the building throughout the weekend so it will be worth a visit.

Shortlisted for Canadian Exchange
I have been shortlisted for the Scottish Society of Artists / Engramme Exchange Programme 2013 so am looking forward to putting a proposal together to be considered for a one month solo exhibition at Engramme in Quebec, Canada.

Print Fusion in August
I will be participating in Gallery TEN's festival exhibition, Print Fusion later this summer and am making a start on some new work in the studio.
This group show opens on Friday the 2nd of August with the preview on Saturday 3rd of August from 2 till 4pm. Exhibition to continue until Monday the 2nd of September.
ESSA fundraiser on 21 March.
Thursday 21 March, 5.30pm – 7.30pm
Royal Scottish Academy, The Mound, Edinburgh.
A small piece of my work will be one of several to be raffled—yes raffled—at this fundraising event for ESSA—The Exhibiting Societies of Scottish Artists. Many original works by contemporary Scottish artists will be available as raffle prizes on the night. Live music and refreshments.
